ROMAN COUNTRYSIDE
Cecchina, a small town near Rome is the base of this itinerary. Within 6 days with daily legs not longer than 35km, you will visit the beautiful countryside south of Rome. We will have the opportunity of seeing the coast, the nature reserve of Tor Caldara, where we will put the wheels in the furrows dug by the ancient Romans’ tracks in some parts of the ancient road Appia Antica. We will keep ourselves distant form the tourist and “official” tracks, we will have the opportunity of seeing many interesting historical and cultural places. To make our holiday more pleasant, at the end of every leg, the bikes and the bikers will be transported by car to Cecchina. There you will have the opportunity of relaxing, walking surrounded by greenery or having a swim in the swimming pool, while waiting for your dinner to be served.
