To make a booking you must complete the booking form, which will be sent to every participants. You must undersigned it and send it back to us with the receipt of the deposit, as it is indicated on the form. Acceptance booking is subject to availability and should be considered binding only after receiving a written confirmation from the tour-organizer.
PRICES
Prices featured on this web site are shown in Euro and they included exclusively what specified in the section “Prices and Facilities”. Prices are guaranteed for the whole period of validity of the programme.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of 100euro is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at least 30 days before departure. If you book less than 30 days full payment must be made on booking. You can pay by bank transfer or postal order.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your holiday you will be liable to the following cancellation charges (calculation is in calendar days):

The cost of the trip includes the package described in the “general information” of your itinerary.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
The tour organizer reserves the right to make programme changes in order to improve the quality of the trip and the participants comfort.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, if the minimum number needed to operate our holiday have not been met, we will refund all the payments made to us (full or partial). The tour organizer will not be liable to refund for other expenses occurred, such pre-paid hotel reservations or no-refundable airline or train tickets.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSABILITY
The tour organizer will not be liable for any injury damages (physical or not) occurred to the participants as result of physical activities during the trip, consumption of alcohol, breakage of equipment and materials, lack of or limited medical assistance in isolated localities, or as result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond his control or an event that he, with all due care, could not foresee or forestall. The tour organizer is not responsible for expenses (transportation, meals and hotels) not included in the programme. The responsibilities of the organizer cannot exceed the limits set out in the law n°1084, dated 27/12/1977 which ratified the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV) signed on 23/04/1970.
COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION
For any controversy the court of competent will be that of Rome.
